1. Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Law)
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason — except for excluded products (see below).
2. How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please email office@tart.ro with:
- Your name and order number
- The date of the order
- The reason for cancellation (optional)
We will confirm your cancellation and guide you through the return process if applicable.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items cannot be cancelled or returned, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:
- Perishable goods (e.g. fresh flowers or bouquets)
- Custom or personalized products
- Products that have been used or unsealed
4. Returns
If you are eligible for a return:
- Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of the cancellation notice
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase. If no physical return is required, the refund will be processed once the cancellation is confirmed.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
